Does anyone know the starting salary for a PhD grad (Computer Vision) at HTX?

HTX HR is very bad. They take forever to respond. Not sure wtf they are doing anyway. Even if we contact them internally as staff they'll take forever to respond until you keep chasing them. It's like damn easy sia. Free money for 0 work.

Tell us increment 4 to 10%, end up XT9 and above then got 7 to 10% increment. XT6 to 8 get pathetic 4%.

Tot during town hall senior management say they won't offer counteroffer. You want to leave you just leave. They will not put in any effort to retain staff. Very evident because you can see thatnew hire or mid career change earn more than existing slaves.

I think govt sector cannot give counter offers. They can only try to retain you by promising promotion so you can hit whatever idea salary you want in a few years time. But it's not guaranteed, and not as fast as jumping around.

Anyway, Apr is coming. Waiting for the wave of resignation, including my own.

8k a month with 4 months bonus without 13 month is already 128k.
