Nah if you joined during COVID, your pay will be ****. Joined during covid, the new hires in 2022 and 2023 earn +400 more than me. Stupid HR BP also ignore my emails and request to review

My director was saying most of the talks about resigning are all farce. They could only grumble but won’t do it. The ones who do it had left earlier, the ones still here are the ones that knows deep down the salary offered is still way more higher than outside corporate world. They know with their limited skills set they won’t be able to get such rate elsewhere

I'm just holding out for PB lol. We'll see how busy HR is in Apr.

What rotting? XT8 here, and the adjustment was good. Can't find another agency that bumps like we do.

I see. 4% is good enough for u. Must be those typical mid career change guys looking for a place to retire.

Have to say, it is good place for a retirement home. I wouldn't mind retiring here if I'm in my 50s.
