Hi guys, does anyone know the increment from xc/xt 5 to 6 after the 1 year mark?

dont expect too much increment, grade c 5%

Do you feel I am being lowballed? And can I know what is the pay range for XT6 in HTX for 7 years of related IT experiences. And why they cannot offer me XT7 grade with 7 years of related experiences?
Any laojiao in HTX can help to provide some insight? Thank you.

Doesn't sound like a good deal. Your peers at HTX with 7 years exp will likely be higher rank than you and earning more.

XT6 ceiling is close to 9k. So stretching their max is nonsense. And 7 years exp currently people are getting XT7. I was offered XT6 when I has 7 years exp. Still XT6 now with 10 years exp, although promoting this year. People that joined recently with 6 years exp also given XT7 (cos wife inside HTX is also XT7, don't want the husband to feel inferior maybe?). HR is a freaking mess.

they offer you 7.2k starting for XT6 with 7 years exp. i was offered less than 5k starting for xt6 3 years ago with 8yrs exp and currently still xt6 haven't even hit 6k. So do what you will with that info.
