Just receive a offer from HTX on Time Limit Post for 2 year. Will like to check is here any chance for Time Limit Post covert to permanent Post when the time is reaching in 2 years time.

From my understanding, no. Unless a perm position opens up and your dir is willing to convert u.

Actually what’s the difference between time limit post and contract post? Aren’t they all the same as in you are under contract then end of contract they will vet your performance and see whether to convert?

I believe time limit positions has no chance of conversion. They hire only when they have no more perm headcounts.

Typically people hired for perm placement will be given 2 years contract, and emplaced if performance is satisfactory. So time limited positions will only be used when perm estab is all taken up. Unless some perm staff resigns, there might be a chance for time limited hire to fill up that gap.
