Was very welcoming to uni grads from all kinds of background into the program(SIM, Murdoch, Kaplan, MDIS etc.) but heard that due to oversaturation of tech sector now even N uni CS grads can get rejected from the program.
Program has fixed minimum starting pay of 4.8k for ALL tracks, up to 5.5k for SWE track(translates to 60-70ish k per annum excluding employer cpf contribution for the average performer who Meets Expectations). Considered not bad already.

Oh the base salary is excluding employer CPF?

I hopped from NCS to Singtel after working in NCS for 2 yrs, now this is 3rd yr in Singtel, I make 7.5K per mth, and got 3 mth bonus in last year!

Hi, can I ask how did you return to NCS. I also hopped over to Singtel but prefer the line of work I was doing in NCS allowing more learning and opportunities. Do share if you dun mind. Thanks.

Tiagong NCS Nucleus program starting pay around 5k, but no AWS and bonus. That means only around 60k/per annum.

Is that true? If so, really quite sad.

No such thing, you can always get AWS + VB.

There is no Annual Wage Supplement(13th month) for NCS. But got bonus, and only around 60k per annum if you average performer, below average performer no bonus so will be less than 60k(starting pay is not 5k btw).
