Depends if you are ambitious and capable?
Those old-timers are comfortable.

Yes u r right actually.
If not u think why most don't stay long.
The blame culture and lack of communication is real also.
Only those old timer or with strong mountains backing can have good time.

Most ME i heard is 1-1.3 mths (me in the range too), maybe your project doing well.
Not sure if there will be another round of adjustment during december, some years they did that, cause the current incerement doesnt even cover inflation.
My current project is 30% workload of my previous one. Not even sure why my current pm not releasing me

How about the increment for ME on your end?
Any FE or EE care to share their package?

some years means something is wrong with NCS HR. Adjustment should be done every year, they engage 3rd party like Mercer for fk sake.

Heard those getting exceed getting slightly less than 2 and slightly above 1 for meeting expectations.
Think exceed more difficult to achieve than 3.
Also quite surprisingly low, given the fact they said strong financial results. How's the market now for swe, i see retrenchment news quite often but keep seeing developer most in demand too.

NCS weighed down by acquisitions and investments
Singtel’s NCS division reported a mixed set of numbers.
Revenue improved by 16% year on year to S$2.7 billion as the group expanded its enterprise business and enjoyed contributions from new acquisitions.
Operating profit, however, plunged by 35% year on year to S$139 million as the division spent on digital investments and paid out higher wages in line with inflation.
Ncs performance worst than last year, of course bonus is worst. Don't know how to read earnings report?

My performance rating remained the same as last year, so no reason the bonus should drop given Singtel performance improved slightly from last year
|
Any idea how much of the bonus is reduce due to the pay rebalancing?

Poly diploma, 1st job just under 2 years here.
ME >3% increment 1.1m bonus
Observations are similar. PMs and team leads like same technical level, ie ZERO
Only 1 in 5 seniors had anything to teach me, plus I have to teach fresh uni grads with no hands on experience. Thought y'all should be better at self study/googling **** hahaha
At first I chose to stay on cause the team was nice to work with....but 1 by 1 zao for better salary.
My turn next
