NCS give fat fat check? since when?
in fact, since the revision to higher base, bonus is lower and no AWS
I work for 1 year and still no news about increment, have to wait til year end?
Not talking about bonuses but yeah, I think it should be at end of this month?

same but I got 1% increment and less than 1 month PB
is this the norm in NCS?
6% inflation and give 1% increment
no wonder experienced ppl leave and ppl say dont stay too long

Not from NCS but from Singtel non-tech role (corporate function).
2+% increment and less than 1 mth bonus.
Bonus dropped from last year (even after adjusting for the pay rebalancing).
My performance rating remained the same as last year, so no reason the bonus should drop given Singtel performance improved slightly from last year

Profit due to monetizing their fixed assets, making their balance sheet look nice to share holders.
Can foresee many good people will leave after anticipating more.

Very bad compensation this year.. Gotten 3% and 1.5m for ME. How about others?

Not bad for ME, which practice?
Most of my colleagues got 1%ish and 1mth for ME.
