Nope, combined into monthly pay. Take note that for fresh graduates, monthly pay stays the same, so you effectively get lower annual compensation.

Thank you, may I know for an average performer, what would the bonus be like?

13th month bonus is not really combined into monthly pay, but the variable/performance bonus got reduced while increasing your base salary by up to a 13th month equivalent salary, so you get lesser bonus with the new pay scheme, but overall similar annual compensation compared to before.

Its good for older staff because they got the adjustment, but newer staff who joined after the adjustment will only get pre adjusted salary with lesser bonus. Hence newer staff will have lower annual compensation for the same YOE/job scope.

pre adjustment, around 2 mth.. post adjustment could be only 1mth ish

As a Senior p2 infra team lead , is it normal to handle 4 gov project and manage p1 juniors ?. How much salary would you expect for this kind of overload ?
