You joined more than 1 year or not?

NCS Fusion program Salary
How much can I expect to get from this in terms of monthly salary? I am going for a software engineering position and I have no clue what to put on “Expected Salary” portion.
The Fusion program is basically for diploma grad if I’m correct.
It’s my first job so I don’t want to mess it up. Thanks in advance!

Don’t join NCS. This year average annual salary increment < 0.5% only. Company still blaming covid situation. Many lead positions still getting overpaid and doing virtually nothing.

Opinions please
Hi guys, I wanted to get advise and opinion on my current situation.
Was working at NCS in client’s location for a few years and enjoyed it but wasn’t learning much beyond EUC. I then transferred to Singtel but the role here is rather mundane compared to what I was previously doing.
I was considering looking to apply for roles and hopefully transfer back to NCS or maybe NCS Comms Enginerring for more technical and hands on roles, but would it be a bad decision in terms of job security, yearly AI etc. or is it actually the same across both?
I also feel that CE is much smaller and I’m not sure about job security. Any advise will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
