I haven't really explored this option. I guess I will check with my boss the next work review whether she will support a bid for further studies. But I get the feeling that she would not like the idea of me leaving her team as I have been taking on the toughest projects and getting results, which were rewarded by the promotion and the string of B grades.

Hey, almost the same as me! 2013 is my 6th year in Ministry. Got my MX12 in my 2nd year and then got my MX11 in 2011. Going to farm for at least 5 years to get to MX10... boohoo...

I have a engineering degree (merit) from NTU. Aged 30. Definitely not scholar and C average performer.
2009: Graduated
2009: Joined Statboard at $2,800.
2010: Salary increased to $3,200.
2011: Salary increased to $3,500.
2012: Salary increased to $4,100. (Some salary adjustment took place during this period)
2013: Salary now $4,500
