Are you from NCS or Singtel? I was ME and got 3-4% and high 1.x bonus

Four of my E1/E2 makan kaki last fy 0 increment
P3,4 ME 0.8-1% increment
P1 ME 1-1.3%
Bonus around 0.9-1.3mth range.

Received the offer but rejecting it due to obvious red flags of hiring manager and ridiculous offer. The hiring manager is the same as the earlier poster similar surname and govt job profile (from CSA), it appeared distinctly clear he may not be cyber trained and the working environment has been changing which he is obviously not in the know give his surface level replies.. one man meat is another man's poison, all the best for others trying for the role!
