NCX is super high turn over company with toxic culture, that why u can see mass hiring, rubbish quality also accept, avoid if you can!

if don't join ncs, then go where?

other coy got 3 rounds interview, got leet code, got stupid dumb process that don't help u with job

I got an offer an infrastructure engineer(network) under nucleus program. Like to ask u all is it good to join and learn ? And how often will OT and work at weekend

Put if simply, yes. Better ask for higher salary. As network is the most undesirable practice with high turnover/Low manpower.

Even under nucleus program also ? They offer me 4.8k and I do not any experience in network as I would like change my career to IT sector. Previously from engineering field.
