generally, if you got the skills needed (even as a freshie) to gain an offer elsewhere, you should take it. barring WITCH companies. if ncs is your only offer then its not bad. but not that good.

btw adding on here, generally speaking again, esp for tech, if there are no technical rounds or really no barrier to entry (meaning they accept anyone and everyone), its a place to avoid.
ofc again if its your only offer, well, beggars cant be choosers.

As far as I know among the 4 domains(SWE, Data analyst, Cyber, Infra) only SWE/Data analyst got assessment.
