have to stay for 5 years if u want the master while lowballing your pay
u have to decide if this master has any worth in SE world (personally no)
u dont even get paid as well after 3 years as a fresh grad who join shopee or bytedance

Doesnt DBS seed let go a bunch of people after 2 years?
If you want technical skill, i think NCS have alot of industry projects but underpaid, high stress, toxic if ur unlucky
Not sure about this DBS but it feels like a incubator where u compete against others and idk what projects they work on (honestly what kind of projects can DBS work on for freshies?)

for my batch they just randomly assign after bootcamp, you can apply to change project after one year in the same project, or your project go from development stage to maintenance stage then you may reallocate to another project

Gotten call from hr just now, and the salary for me (first class) was 4.8k...
Have tried to negotiate but the the feedback was "this is the standard salary blabla..."
