3 years is fast, more like 5years. Since the program is 5 years.

I thought 5 years would more likely be P3 with senior software engineer position? So unlikely to be promoted to P2 in 2.5 years I guess for average performer.

People talking about job grade promotion not title promotion. P1 to P2 is 3 years, P1 to P3 is minimum 5 years, title promotion happens at P3 where you become a senior

The pay is good.
But dear lord the hours... And the nights of overtime..

Sometimes I wonder is that few hundreds dollar more per month worth it if I end up making less per hour?

Any advice on how to manage...
Mentally tired everyday

Just received a call from Avensys Consulting, they offered me to a Java HTD program, training period is 1 month and I will get $1000 for the training month. After training I will be park under NCS with $3800. I work in construction industry previously, so it's totally new in the tech industry. Anyone got any experiences with this company?

If you have been working for around >5 years, I suggest you consider it. Even though coding can be learned, it is not for everyone.

No choice in this industry u know u need to work overnight.

Can please share how many increment you will get in percent, if got promoted from P1 to P2. What is the difference between job grade promotion and title promotion? Thanks.

NCS got budget to send ppl to overseas conference etc?

P1 to P2 title still the same.
