Yes, close to 6 months if the government mid year and end year bonus is generous enough.

13th month - 1 month
MAC - approx. 1.5 months (higher payout for higher grades)
PB - 1.5 months (for appraisal score of 4 or C. Higher payout for higher grades, up to LT10.)
Mid year - 0.3 to 0.5 month
End year - 1 month

yup this is correct.. but i think PB for fresh grade LTE6 should be 1.4 for C

Of course. Typical promotion increment is 10% inclusive of the typical annual increment.

I wouldn't consider MAC bonus as the purpose is to align the salary with market bench mark. Not everyone has MAC in LTA too. You can even consider as the more you have the more underpaid you are. There will be yearly or half yearly review, MAC can be reduced or taken away.
