my 1st job since graduation from nus. 1.1 hons.
graduated and started working in nov 2008 (took a 4 mths break after grad). drawing $78xx in civil service.
not exactly very happy with job. $$ is no substitute in happiness... guess i'll move soon.

with just about three n half years of experience in civil service, you are getting 7.8k/mth ????

Neither...i do more of admin work pertaining to policy. Definitely not at the management level yet.

No, even scholars do not get such high salaries, unless perhaps if they are PSC scholars, which means on AO scheme.

Yours is policy work at ministry or stat board? I'm interested in policy work too but unsure whether they pay differently or not.
