When to quit if want to take Dec 2019 bonus?
Hi,
I would like to know if I want to quit my CS job and take home Dec 2019 bonus. When should I quit if I need to tender 1 month notice?

best to tender on 1st week of dec, so your last day should be in Jan.

Went for an interview at MOE a few weeks back. But no news until now. Does that mean that I have no hope already?

How do you improve your CEP? Possible to improve if your grades were only so so but you're doing well in the job?

Would a local uni masters cover the so so grades
Also would this help with getting into PSLP?
Great performance, so so grades possible?

From my experience and understanding, CEP is based on your education. Was in services for 3 years, default c 1st year, B 2nd year and A 3rd year but not promoted compared to a 1st class colleague who got promoted 1.5 years into service. Have since left the org and now in pte sector. Never been more happier.
