Compare civil service salary

any diploma holder here in statboard. mind sharing your starting pay.

Hi, my HR mentioned that the starting salary will be higher if I graduate w second upper or FCH. Does anyone know how much higher?

Currently working in a SB for just under 2 years and is a foreign grad but non DL with second upper.

My current pay is around 4.3-4.4k with C for first year (not full year of work) and C+ for second year.

Assuming I want to remain in the same SB, does it make sense for me to resign to pursue a full time masters in a relevant subject and join back again in a similar post then?

No. Apply for a sponsorship within the same SB. There will be a bond though. Also note that a masters may not move your salary or grade immediately. Just give you more opportunities and room to move your CEP.

What is the entry salary for diploma holder with 5 to 8 yrs working experience? And how long it take for MX14 to reach MX13(i)?

fch and 2uch diff about $150-200/mth

Should be entering as mx13i instead with your experience

Do you need YOE in specific areas or general YOE is enough to count?
