LTA G7 And G8 are pegged to MX12. G9 pegged to MX11. I argued saying that G9 is close to MX11A, but many agencies I went for interview don't buy it.

Sad, it mean there is no chance for me to get a MX 11 post as I am only LTA G7 and not even G8. I wonder why LTA G7 and G8 are only pegged to MX 12 when the ceiling to G7 is already higher than the ceiling of MX12. seem unfair to me.

HDB offered me mx14 2.6k with ceiling cap of 3.8k last year. Not sure if changed after adjustment. Me declined because me fresh grad.

did you applied for executive level job? If you are a degree holder you should not bother executive / senior executive roles unless willing to be paid lower
