Why need so much? You need less than $1000 pm for a modest retirement. When you are old, you don’t need so much food. Eat little, exercise, good sleep, no stress, be happy and you will have a long life. I know of people who work long hours and so stressful. They suddenly die before they can retire.

My salary is not so high. And to be honest, I can't imagine how I would live and support a family with such a salary. Unfortunately that's how most ppl judge if you are successful or not. Although most of the time i just ignore, but somehow sometimes the thought just come into me.

Yes it is unfortunate. Money itself won't make you happy and it is never enough.

Work is just one method to earn money. There is no perfect job that gives you no stress. Balance is key.
