I dont know where you get such amount from, but do a quick search in jobstreet, monster, etc for senior engineer average nowadays is only 4k to 7k per month.
If you do have such offer (300 - 500k pa as senior engineer job) please kindly let me know.

Senior engineer salary nowadays around 3.5k to 4k, but you have to sacrifice a lot of free time like OT everyday to prove your worth.

I taking 7.3k as Senior Engineer now, past 1 year only go back once at night and 1 weekend for annual power shutdown, 0 OT, go home on time if need to go office.
3.5 to 4k is Jr level engineer salary. As someone mention IT easily 300 to 500k thus i asking how to for a sr engineer to have such amount.

Base salary wise across companies should be around the same, usually for all the high salary in tech mostly is given via stocks, that is spread across x number of years which also usually appreciate (for FAANG). If the base/cash salary is that high then many people cannot BTO already.

7.3k cannot be senior engineer pay. Minimally director level and above. Dont spread wrong info please.
