It will definitely not more than last year, economy not doing so good and govt would also not want to add unnecessary pressure on the private industry as some of them take CS end year bonus as a benchmark. Rumours has it that it will be 0.4.

No one has the true or fixed number for what the bonus is going to be. some may have their reasons of why it would not be more than last yr, due to the economy outlook. Is a matter of days now.

Definitely not 0.65, bcos never in the past we had the same quantum for the two consecutive years.. I'll go with 0.75 bcos 0.45(mid-yr) plus 0.75 is 1.2, 1+2=3 and 3 is my lucky number
