The year end bonus is tied to economic performance and overall civil service work performance right? While u understand economy is bad, but we have worked hard for the past year given a frozen headcount at many ministries. To have a lower payout for bonuses due to poor economy performance I understand, but anything less than 0.4 is absurd.

Below 0.5 this year. that's all I am willing to say. Don't ask me how I know either.

Well,we don't know who is right unless someone is really confident with the prediction. Otherwise we just need to wait this week 5pm. But sure is not even going to be more than 0.85.
