A bit difficult to predict. No discernible pattern e.g. 14.8% = 1 mth vs 4.7% = 1 mth, and 1.3% = 0.7 mth vs 2% = 0.65 mth.

well it could mean that our civil service folks' work quality doesn't really correlates to economic performance. after all Singapore's economy mostly influenced by global trend.
I predict something conservative given the negative outlook, like 0.5%

0.25 is the least not 0.65. So maybe just expect 0.25mth to avoid disappointment.
