i'm 23 this year and a full time RE agent.
I made about 80k in total in my first year and now in my 2nd year, I make about 50k per month on average. Last month I hit my highest commission at about 120k after sales of a few prime location properties.
So i estimate my annual this year to be around 800k.
I give myself off every mon and tues and I work wed, thur, Fri nights, Sat, Sun.
Quite relaxing in my view.

Is this low? good? average?

Hi. I'm also SIM-UOL graduate. Graduated in 2008 but still can't find a job in the banking industry. MayI ask how you got into the industry in the first place, even though the pay is a measly $1800?
Do you know if there are any vacancies in your current local bank that takes in people with no experince? I'm fine even if the pay is super low.

He don't work hard, he works at his own pace.
Judging from your sentences, either you earn much more than me, i.e. > 25K total income or you are just admiring me and dream about what I am earning..
Cheers dude!

That's why you will always be a loser. You only compare with those who aren't doing better than you. With your attitude, I doubt you can achieve anything. People who work smart will never be the top, only people who are smart and work hard will be. Obviously you aren't smart, and you aren't hard working. A mere 25k and you dare to brag here, what a joker. You are not even half as good as you think you are. You really need to wake up kid!

Alexander the Great became "great king" of the entire Persia at age 25, so nothing is impossible. It's either luck, capability, or more likely a combination of the two.
