You have to assess the market. I moved at 4 years exp for a 150k package. It was almost unbelievable coming from a 110k package but somebody out there was willing to pay, so I was willing to take it too.

What role are in you? For me 150k is definitely possible for 4 years of experience. I am in risk management.
