How much do you earn with a 3 year experience?
Hi,
I am just curious, I feel that I am under valued.
I worked for 3 years and only earn around $2700/month but I get aws.
How much web developer earn these days? or other software engineer earn?
Thanks!

My take is that you are doing ok. A fresh grad starts at 2.2k to 2.5k. Give him a 5 to 10% increment every year for 3 years, this is what a normal web developer job should pay.
I am predicting that in 2 or 3 replies' time, someone will come in to ask if his 8k per month job at 25years old is too low....

12k for a Business Development Director is waaaaaay! too low. Im even more surprised you can actually accept that kind of salary. You are definately being exploited by your company. Its time too resign and look for another job that pays 2 or 3 times times more of what u getting now. By the way, what do u really think of ur salary?....just curious. I can understand if u might think that ur salary is good... but seriously its pathetic for a Director. You might be ignorant but dont be stupid.

32 yrs old, 10 yrs working experience = $5.2k.
Looks reasonable after factoring AWS.

i know this sounds like another typical post asking about salary for comparison or for ego-boosting.
But still i would like to know what is the typical salary (total remuneration divided by 12) of a guy who is 30 years old (which is me), who is a local graduate and who is not in the finance industry, who doesnt own a business but works in a MNC...
What is considered average and what is considered good.
