How do I fare & I do hope to learn from all bros who have really achieve much more
Hi all bros,
I am reaching 30 years old and my average income per month is about S$40k a month, combining both my day job and my weekend job. I will be co-running a F&B restaurant soon too.
My day job in media advertising is giving me 14K a month and I am just recently promoted to VP level.
My weekend job in real estate business as specialist is generating more than 20K on average but less than 30K.
I do have to work hard and smart in my day job to earn 14K. But I am not complaining because I like every part of my job because my job connects me with high net worth people, clients and prospective clients like CEOs, MDs, etc.
My weekend job value adds my high net worth clients because from time to time they too need to fulfill their home/lifestyle needs, buying / selling / renting properties.
I am still seeking achievement goals because I am never satisfied with what I have earned, what I am earning now and what I know in terms of my skills and knowledge.
So I am setting up an F&B setup with a partner to co-run and in the mid term, I am looking to recoup on my investments of this initial setup.
I am not bragging here nor am I stating unreal, imaginary half truths.
What I am writing here is real and I do hope to learn from all bros who have really achieve much more than me.

So the starting pay for ntu/ nus fresh grad is still the same $3280 and $3580 for lower and upper respectively. These two numbers are still the same for year 2007 fresh grad pay.
How abt starting pay for fresh grad 1st class, what i heard in year 2007 is $3880, is it still the same?
For your info, one of my friend ntu(2007 july)2nd lower, now is getting around 4k now?

1. 1st class DSTA gets $3780 in Yr 2009. I'm interested to find out how much fresh grads get in Yr 2010.
2. What is your friend working as? Where?
