I mean, either you say something concrete or don't say anything lo. The point of the forum is to share, not to hoard information then feel holier than thou about it.

1. most reputable is polyclinics. Iron rice bowl. you dun huat there, but u can slowly farm. No residency never mind. Can GDFM -> m.med -> FCFP and accordingly FP -> AC FP - C FP etc.
AC FP out earns most salaried GPs already even with 8-5 working workweek
Even GDFM FP makes a decent 150-160K a year for a start.

2. next will be large groups. 1st tier will be raffles, shenton etc. Second tier will be those like frontier, northwest , faith etc.
3rd tier will be those upstart like pinnacle, one care, mimed etc. Pinnacle go bid 39K for a HDB shop space. How to be sustainable? you become anchor for that clinic u also suck thumb wondering if your job is secured. Minmed wants a clinic in every MRT station. Onecare wants to open 1 clinic in every estate.

Market so saturated.
You can survive without being on healthier SG.
Just how well only.

Remember , as a private GP u got a job only as long as the clinic makes money for the owner. one day you dun see 30-40 patients, the clinic cannot break even.
when you work for the polyclinic, the polyclinic lose money also ok. you dun go download porn or molest girls like the doctors on the news, your job is secured.

Nowadays PGY2 or 3 breaking bonds to open clinic already.
market is saturated until like gout crystals with uric acid level of 600.
tophi already happening
what happen next? Pain lor...

every year 500-600 local graduate. 200-300 from overseas
Total training spots including FM at 300-350
Every year 300 excess MO without training positions
After a while go where? private GP lo
the tophi will only worsen
then private space become full what happens?
go back hospital la

So those hospital clinician position is not bad one,
You start early now PGY3 u enter, PGY 6 hit senior clinician, PGY 10 hit principal same pay as consultant

Go look up NHS. we are basically a repeat of them
I dunno what "business sustainability" u r talking abt with your examples .... The truely sustainable groups aren't even in your list. Just look at the state of the big groups now

1. Healthway - > 60 GP clinics. Their Indonesian owners went on a buying spree for past no of years & bought many overpriced clinics that can't bring back the revenue. Lippo had issues back home too. They applied for delisting from Catalist s://.businesstimes.com.sg/companies-markets/healthway-medical-delist-after-close-exit-offer

2. OneCare -> 40 clinics. If you see how much they are paying locums & resident drs, sure can't bring back enough revenue to break even. Now they have Eagle Eye & MHC under same company, maybe can get money from eye specialists & TPA

3. Raffles - profit drop > 60% after pandemic. Closed some branches and left with only 35 clinics s://.straitstimes.com/business/companies-markets/raffles-medical-group-sees-638-fall-in-second-half-profit

4. Fullerton - if you didn't read abt their recent issues u must be living under a rock

5. MinMed - many empty clinics wasting aircon with doctors doing teleconsultations & assistants watching TikTok videos

Many mid-sized groups have more sustainable models & not in your so-called "tiers"

Looks like Singapore Primary Care business is doing badly.

Best to stick to OPS and do locum on the side.

Raffles profit just regress to pre covid
Their number of clinic still high 30s to 40s

Healthway always got a problem ma.
10 years ago they even own their GP salary
No one who knows will go join them

Onecare has some clinics that are very very profitable
The new ones not so
They gunning for size now.

Fullerton is B2B lei. They don't pay a lot to begin with but their job is damn chill

To that someone who keep asking for reputable clinics
Go out and locum and learn about the landscape and make your decision yourself
Anyway these small chains want to hire someone who can hit the ground running
Not some jaded eye or ent wannabe who fail to get residency
for 5 years and now want to go to gp land

Perhaps you should have a chat with relevant folks in MOH, which group is now the most resourceful, potent and can execute national healthcare objectives in double quick time, even outdoing OPS ?
Not sure if you are the same guy talking abt your "mid-sized grp". In case u are, you're talking cock lah. Most gov projects snapped up by OneCare & RMG. Where is the liliputian effort from your "mid-sized outfit"? As if you guys lower national HbA1c by 2 points. Pple are now owned by famiLee neighbours u know. How else do you think they can buy up Eagle Eye with 2 MP/minister ? Ur "mid-sized grp" can fight ? Got Mr Xi & Trump backing ?
