The only way is to jack up ops consultation price
So patient will find GP relatively cheaper.
1 chronic 30 dollars
2 chronic 50 dollars
Multi morbid, 90
Now pioneer , children come is 6.9
Patient with 10 problem come also 14
Ur GP med cheaper, consultation also more expensive
