Plus OPS also no regular FP to follow up.
Everyone quitting left right center.
How the patient followup with a single provider
To top it off , they keep promoting one doctor one patient and when the patient returns they will ask why different doctor ? What can u say ? Sorry we are one team

Ops for regular chronics , gp free $

It's useless in ops.
BMI, smoking, exercise are what we have been telling our patients all the time

Free money for Gp
It's 54 per health plan done.
My relative go to gp for knee pain
Come home a few days later got SMS say enrolled in healthier sg with xxx clinic.
He was like is this scam?
Then ask me cos I doctor
Go for knee pain, become enrolled with a bogus health plan.
I do health plans all the time in ops so I ask if discussed with weight, smoking , screening etc
He say no.

Also got some points that can change for 20 dollar vouchers.

74 dollars for no real world use.
That's where Ur gst is going
Prolfigate spending

Someone in moh never use brain properly.
Founding fathers use money judiciously.
That's why never leave too much money to your children.
They will grow up thinking since bank got money..let's use it to solve problems

Anyway healthier sg isn't about spreading the loads to gp
Truth is, it's about preventive health..
Execution can be a lot better though.

Another lesson
Don't surround urself with yes man when doing planning
All want to protect their ranking of cse say yes to what the boss says
5 years later all promote to dunno where
Leave a f up system behind that is useless

HSG doomed to fail but do they care? Come up with impractical policy with poor implementation, just to hit KPI without thinking of the downstream consequences. SG health literacy is too poor and OPS too overstretched to care. Both hands don't want to clap but forced to clap, just to collect paltry financial incentives. Who is doing the thinking?

Maybe that will change next year once chronic meds at GP will be priced the same as ops. So GPs who signed up these PTS can continue to see them at ops price (or at least cannot taichi them to ops)
