Very project dependent in Accenture. There were projects I know of with good WLB; no OT no working on weekends.

OT situation is serious in most project I know in ACN
not all the project, but 80%
those chill project at RCT are minority
most project, need standby, weekend duty, stay back support until 8pm or 10pm on weekday is normal
sometimes, they might even activate u on sat and sun on a last min basis, it is not 996 like a China company, it is more during peak period of the year
A lot of govt project is like that, they call it "fire fighting"
When the project eventually stabilised, they will just cut down manpower and roll you out to the next "fire fighting" project
and the cycle continue...
Fiexibility is common here, can come anytime you want, and if work can do from home, you can do, but when message come in, you might reply and open laptop do work
even if you making fking your girlfriend, when the message come and somebody tag your name, you also must stop and pull out..., and open your laptop and do some stuff...
Just to set the expectation right for whoever want to jojn this firm
