You trolling ah? Change management pod harder to get into than BA pod, if you want BA pod way easier for you to get it. Have never heard of anyone offered change management pod without them wanting and qualifying for it. So simple answer to your Qn although doubt you’re even seriously asking, yes you can switch to BA pod anyway they need more BAs.

What role are you even holding in Accenture? If you’re under change management pod means you’re a consulting analyst? HR won’t park you in a pure consulting pod that will eventually align you to Strategy & Consulting as they recruit differently from your tech and software roles under TAP. Think you need to sort out your thoughts first cos you sound confuse.

My bad. Service group then. Didn’t really learn much from my experience. Toxic Environment.
H&PS is only xiong when it comes to workload. In terms of opportunities to shine, there are plenty and that gives you a strong justification to get promoted.
Don’t fear the hardwork. Learn something out of it and be deserving of the title you hold.

BA and CM pods are all consulting analyst. CM eventually become management consultants at L9. BA will either become Management Consultants or Excellence Transformation Consultants. Both are under s&c

Not sure why there is this misconception about CM being the toughest pod to enter. There is no such thing. The reason why it’s the smallest pod is because CM is usually a downstream kinda thing and you wouldn’t need so many people to execute training, CIA and CM.
And just to be clear, this pod thing doesn’t define your job scope. You can be under delivery lifecycle and still do change management.

Thanks pal, speaking of H&PS and opps to shine here, is it only for tech roles? Like if you’re someone from the S&C side and in H&PS projects then you don’t have that same opportunities or chances right?

BA actually most move on to Tech consultants, they can go on to management consultants too just that priority tends to be for the CM pods. Do you mind sharing what’s the excellence Transformation consultants about and how does this differ to the management consultant? Am in the BA pod and wanted to understand the difference. But I’m a business and integration delivery analyst in BA pod tho, and my hr partner said we will go on to business integration specialist or something, like it depends on ultimately which dte you belong too

I think basically the tech ppl who started dissing consulting/change management people misunderstood, dk what’s the hate about lol. What people are saying is that S&C people in change management are useless, so those consulting people are just stating facts to them that change management is just one small aspect as to what consulting people do. So with that said, yes S&C devision is tougher to get into as compared to other divisions, and since change management is sort of part of T&O which is under S&C so people just on a whole day it’s tougher to get into. Maybe also how HR mention it, as most consulting newbies like new analyst in consulting they are relatively new so they start off being in change management roles in project.
