Just means you CMI to get full time role lor. most local hires are full time. Contractor below a then become analyst means your pay sure lower. Maybe 4.2k

That’s weird tho cos a few of them were past interns and have relevant internships from other top firms and results and interview were all ok.

Eh I think I know which project lol I also got asked if ok to join as contractor and later convert and lol I local uni one got internship experience and leadership all. So of course I say no lah like wts those no experience join as analyst alr then we got experience one still come in as contractor siao ah. Guess the project really no budget still say until what big scale project and for a few years

Wth treat past interns like this, goes to show this project isn’t the right fit man.
Would suggest anyone in this position to not accept the contractor role unless you have no internship experience or any extra curricula activities, you’re much better off somewhere else

Is Accenture really that good? Why so many ppl wanna join cos I mean many complain of the ot rate right and it’s ot rate us known to be quite bad. So technically you’re like working your life away, the salary is worth the work there? :/

Yes it is - it’s a trade off. OT + higher pay vs no OT + average pay. But higher pay means next job jump even higher. Worth it if you can survive it tbh.
