The ones I know of with fast tracked promotions typically build strong network with key people whose account/work they are interested in and basically just be a slave for them. Usually they would then broach the topic of early promo but of course you can't mess up at the work they give you. Can't speak for any others who managed to be fast tracked despite poor work.

Bro profiles will be shared by the pm to private sector client and they have the right to select who’s on the team. H&PS don’t do this. I’ve been involved in both sectors of work and I can say this is the case.

That’s why private sector much better than H&PS. H&PS clients are the worst man just look at infamous BT, ICA, mindef, Iras.

As people advance in their careers they tend to earn more and more. But let’s be real you won’t earn well by staying here. This firm doesn’t even pay its people well for all the work and bs we go through. That’s why consulting also not the top, tech also not the top, nothing can compare with it’s own industry of people
