The real ' MBB' type of Management consulting work is done by the small strategy group. If you are in MC or TC, pay and prestige is the same.

I guarantee you this is not Singapore's figures. You only get a juge bump per promotion. Grade increase only get a small increment or none.

i find it very funny everytime mom publish report on wages is 4-5% increase for sg, even nwc guidance is 4% every year for sg companies. somehow in this forum whether is public or pte sector everyone is claiming to get huge increment >10% & happy happy promotion every 2 years like normal...

Accenture is quite standard. 10% increase for normal performer, 15% for good performer. Promotion depends range from 20 to 40% depending on level.

The 'small strategy group' usually gets the stuff the MBB doesn't want to do.
Unlike the big4 which has made acquisitions in the strategy space to enhance their offerings, Accenture isn't really investing into strategy the same way. Their more focused on digital strategy at the moment.
