I believe you should get both. A verbal offer by the recruiter after the event, then a follow up email with the offer information.

It seems like most people got the verbal offer very quickly after the event itself.

Anyone know is there OT requirement?
I mean can I say no to OT?

I have part time job at night... Tuition... Personal business. And also I teach music on weekend..
If they call me to work overtime and I say no. Any repercussions?
