By right is 9 pm to 6 pm as stated in contract.
But usually will come earlier around 830 if theres morning meetings and usually I will end work at around 9 to 10 pm. But around 25% of the time, this will be like 11 pm or after midnight.

My side more causal. 9 am is official but most people will be late. We put max must be here by 930 am. And usually those come 930 am will leave later also 630 pm.
Initially I also leave on time but I see my other colleagues all don't leave... Then I find out the reason why...
They said if go home on time also must do the work at home.. Then can't claim..
So might as well come in later then go home after 9 pm can claim free cab go home.
Dokt have to squeeze in peak hours mrt.
Then I also follow this lifestyle.
So basically start late. Do a few hours of work at most after lunch.. Meeting abit. Tired after meeting...
Then most of the actual non disruptive work is done after office hours.
Then take cab go home. Rest watch some movie sleep at 12 pm wake up 8 am. Enough 8 hours sleep.
I say this lifestyle suits me more than waking up at 6 am to reach work at 730 am.
