Those analyst who got people lead who are managers level and above definitely have busy people leads right? Can’t be manager level and above free so technically they all won’t have time for the analysts. Envy those analyst who got people lead who are either a level or 2 higher only such as senior analyst and consultant, confirm got enough time for them

Why teams put you reporting to your people lead and not your manager? On workday manager is not poeple lead, so technically manager is your direct boss isn’t it? So why we reporting to people lead?
