How does promotion work at Accenture? Anyone care to share please…
Is it the project you’re in the project leader decides your promotion? Or the HR does it when you have your work review or something? If it’s project leader then don’t those who the project leader favours stand to have a higher chance or promotion? And what if you’re stuck in the project for years…. Or able to promote every project?

Why don’t Accenture consider managing its high OT culture ah, like everyone knows about the terrible OT culture, wont it reflects negatively on the company 🤔

But Accenture considered the best or better ones for consulting alr right (not comparing with MBB) but like tier 2 Oliver wyman, LEK, AT Kearney those? In terms of brand name and salary?

i think because got people who enjoy it ...
like im serious, no joke. my company WLB is quite good , remote work and most days i do like 2-3 hours of work. but got people in the company who are not happy, who wrote into the company wide survey saying "i am not happy with my job, there is little to do" ...
so then we end up getting more things to do... 5-6 hours of work a day , then again, got people complain saying too much work, no work life balance
i also dunno.. world is funny
