Nope. If not via movement, appraisal at new company will be solely based on performance at new company.

u think words won't spready around one ah
SG small leh
if the worker is chao kuan and stinky reputation, surely the "fame" would have already reach the other side too for the new RO or hiring agency to just pick up a virtual call to sound-check one mah

It depends. Sometimes, the org wants to facilitate the departure.
If they remain quiet, the ck king gets gets to join another org.
If they complain too much, they might be stuck with him.
