if your concern is making alot of money, you shouldnt be applying to a government job. There are abundant private sector jobs out there in market, and you will make more money once you gain enough experience - either gain a niche expertise or widen your business contacts for sales related role.

maybe MOF or EDB or MTI since sg is such a trade and finance hub?
I also heard the "more important" ministries are MOF, Mindef and MOE.
Not sure about the pay though.

MAS is another stat board related to finance.

I believe MFA pays better than the normal MX scheme.

NONE.
You will end up morally unbalanced.

Do you really want to join one of them end end up doing general work that has no value outside of them? Thought it may seem stable and relatively high, once you decide to leave it changes. I am in a stat board, masters degree, supervising grasscutting and measuring how thick trees are with a regular measuring tape for the last 5 years. When I go for interviews interviewers laugh at my 'experience' and out of 262 applications I have only gotten 2 offers at $1000 pay cut rate over the last 5 years.

Have you tried SLA which I believe has jobs requiring your kind of experience, or IHLs which would have departments managing campus grounds and greenery?
