Depends on your number of years in service. If u are in LTA, they no longer give out perm status. If u move to other ministries or stat boards, u can still be offered movement policy.

NPAA is the equivalent of your 13th month
AVC is a variable bonus that is revised annually, paid out in July and December

I am currently with my current Stat Board and have already accepted another Stat Board's offer under movement policy a month ago and also informed my RO at my current stat board one month ago. Can my current stat board hold me back for 4months and whether during this holding period, should I still "chiong" the work for them even though they keep piling up my work with new assignments?

Problem with movement policy is that your current stat board is the one that determines your score. U better work hard since now is appraisal period.
