Hi I would like to ask few questions:

Is it appropriate to negotiate the salary for a bit more when they give u offer based your expected salary? Will this cause them to revoke the job offer?

Is there any guide like when it be appropriate to take leave after u start work?

unless u r moving from Ministry A to the SB that belongs to Ministry B, then not count as transfer of service?

but were u entitled to PB, 13th month etc in your soon-to-be ex-ministry?

Moving to an SB under a different ministry.

My contract entails full CS benefits and bonuses, no different from perm staff. I decided to leave coz the chances of emplacement is not great as the div is scaling down on manpower drastically this year.

What is pre-employment health declaration for?
Do we need to declare everything from birth up to now?
But some I cannot even recall as there is no record.
Is there any time range ?

Thinking to tender and have many leaves left. Also reaching my 5th year mark in early June.

If I set my last official day in June after reaching my 5th year mark, will I get LSA payment in June payslip?
