Hi all, not sure if it is appropriate to ask here since I couldnt find similar issue discussed here. I have joined my current stat board for coming to 3 mths. Previously, I was working in another stat board for 5 years. As I do not feel that I can fit in the new dept's work culture and scope well, would it be alright for me to look out for other suitable job opportunities? What would be considered as acceptable reasons to look for new jobs after joining my current employer for only three months? Anyone has similar experience? Thanks

wonder if this will turn out to draw some media attention that they kill off those people for the sake of "restructuring"

this is totally not new. All the affected ministries and statboards with people hired specifically for covid work would go thru this. Alot were already cut last year, and now that its dorscon green, the final ones have to go unfortunately

This one is really up to individual one. Everyone has his preferences. We cannot advise you whether you should stay or leave because we are not in your job and will not be able to understand your difficulties.
But if you decide you should leave, then just leave lor and don't turn back.

3 months or more, than leave, I think still ok. Make sure to keep good relations and don't burn any bridges.
Those who tender within 1 month, I think these guys are really jialat. Probably "blacklisted" for good.
