Actually when you signed on the LOA, u can already tender what. Means you already hired. Unless u know that you got major underlying illness that will prevent you from taking up the job scope, I would think most of the time these medical checks are just to certify u r fit for the job and as a baseline of your health for insurance purpose?
U should ownself time your own resignation plan and discuss w your own agency hr bah.. more importantly keep your bosses aware so that things can be handled over properly

Congrats to those who have been offered recently.
Could you share how long does security clearance take? The earlier timelines seem a bit outdated.
I have submitted the form on 27 Feb. Still not cleared yet

for me about 2-3 weeks to complete and come back with a verbal confirmation and on the same day email on the offer.

I think 2-3 weeks is the scripted answer for most public service jobs should you make it to the interview stages but I feel no point keep thinking after the interview. Just treat all interviews like you didn't make it so there will be no expectations lol. Continue to apply and improve yourself is the best bet.
