I accept the first time it’s based on formula calculations so it might not be accurate. With the first “mistake” as experience, I would assume they will be more careful when giving a revised offer. But now they are telling me the revised offer given was still incorrect and this latest revised offer only came 1 day before signing of offer letter.
Yes they still decided to offer me but with another low ball salary.
Current situation: not yet resigned, but manager and team already knew about this potential “offer”. Min/sb is low balling me (amended offer twice).
I know many will ask me not to take up this, but I can’t possibly stay with my company, and I’m not too sure about the hiring market in the next few months.

Just do transfer of service to avoid low-ball? Not sure why you must take a new salary

Having the same worry as you, have received email from hr saying that they have received my medical check up. Then i ask if i can proceed to tender, they didnt reply yes or no, just told me no clearances/outstanding matters for now lol

but have u signed on the dotted line of the LOA?
and is there any caveat of when u need to tender to hold onto the PB or etc?
when u say receive clearance for your medical checks, u meant the checks are already done and u r in the pink of health?

You cannot expect the new company’s HR to write down in black and white that “yes you may tender now”.
Why should they bear the responsibility? This is the same for private sector.
When you change job you interview to convince them you are the best fit, then you negotiate a salary and start date. So from there it is up to you to leave your employment and be ready to start on the agreed start date
What you do with your current employer is your own responsibility.
The best assurance is signing of LOA. What more do you want from the new HR? Even if LOA is signed but strategic direction changed and they decided it is worth any backlash/dispute settlement, they will still revoke. But the possibility is low right? Do you not cross the road because there will always be a chance of errant driver?
Sign LOA, can tender
