Contract job
Hihi, i was being offered a contract job at stat board... jus wondering is the "contract" means when contract end then i need to go? I dont like the term "contract" as i prefer stable job environment..
Anyone here also on contract?

you never clarify?? alot gov job is on contract now. 1 to 2 years. if they stated contract means not perm position lo.

Still in uni and starting to find a job. What's the difference between contract and perm staff in civil service/ stat board? Other than the chance of contract not getting renewed after 2 years or something. Lower pay? Poorer benefits?
