What is your last drawn pay?
They will benchmark you based on it.
Usually, they will offer you 10-15% more if they want you.

Applied for a position at MHA. Went for multiple rounds and was told last week to prepare for an upcoming round only to receive an email saying I'm not shortlisted. ****ing hell

Hi, I am from a ministry and I forgo my pb as my next company is offering 20% of salary increment and also more Al and better PB.. can I check was it like a wrong move to move as I kinda regret..
